Staffing
We have one member of staff to eight children of three years and one to four.
At all times at least half of staff on the premises hold a professional qualification in childcare.
We hold regular staff meetings to discuss the children's progress and any difficulties and also to undertake curriculum planning and to revise the Spanish language in order to keep the bilingual environment.
